The medieval city of Mdina is situated in Malta's picturesque central region and this close proximity makes it a perfect destination for a fascinating half-day tour.
Lasting four hours, your trip begins with the journey itself where you will pass different styles of architecture, including the medieval Siculo-Norman palaces and other baroque buildings of great historical importance along the way.
Once at Mdina, after exploring the narrow winding streets and catching the breath-taking views from a top the imposing bastions, you will soon understand why this medieval-era “Silent City” is a film maker's paradise.
After departing through Greek’s Gate, you will proceed to the photogenic cliffs at Dingli before the final stop on the itinerary - a visit to the San Anton Botanical gardens which are situated near the Presidential Palace, which you will be able to admire from outside.
