Overview
After being collected from your hotel and taken to Sliema Ferries, the first segment of this 'double-header' tour is a 90-minute sightseeing cruise which takes you up close and personal with the numerous scenic highlights of Marsamxetto Harbour and Grand Harbour.
Back on land, your 2-day City Sightseeing ticket commences giving you 48-hours to explore Malta's diverse range of attractions, places of interest and 7000 years of history.
Suggested itinerary: board the City Sightseeing Green Route bus to Valletta, before switching to the Red Route which swings through the South of the island to the Three Cities - Cospicua, Vittoriosa and Senglea. Continue through the villages of Tarxien and Zejtun before arriving in Marsaxlokk, Malta's largest fishing village, where you will enjoy a 3-course lunch in a local restaurant including a glass of house wine and water.
It is suggested that en-route to Marsaxlokk you don't disembark the bus at the stops. This will give you enough time to savour a good meal (included in the ticket) and take a little stroll around the charming fishing village. Post lunch, it is recommended to carry on the Red Route which will take you back to Valletta, where a shuttle service will return you to your hotel.
With your City Sightseeing ticket being valid for 2 consecutive days, you can travel along the Blue Route the following day.
